Junior–Midweight Notion Consultant

Notioners is hiring a Junior–Midweight Notion Consultant.

The selected candidate will work directly with our clients across the full lifecycle of each engagement: from discovery and design to execution, training, and ongoing support.

We are seeking a systems-oriented individual who can grasp the full scope of each project, understand client processes and workflows, and deliver solutions in the most effective and efficient way.

Reporting directly to our founder and Lead Consultant, you will lead client-facing projects, support the team on internal initiatives, and ideally grow into a senior role within the next 2–3 years - while contributing to how Notioners evolves as one of the world’s top Notion consultancies and a fast-growing AI enabler.

This is a full-time remote role with a 4-week paid probationary period to ensure a good fit for both sides. It’s ideal for someone early in their consulting career who wants to grow in Notion, systems thinking, and AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Independently run 30-minute set up sessions with new Notion users
• Run new client qualification calls
• Build custom Notion workspaces for clients
• Lead workspace fixes and turnarounds
• Lead client training and ongoing support
• Map workflows and document architecture, decisions and SOPs
• Maintain relationship with clients, report on project status and suggest ongoing optimisation opportunities
• Record short walkthrough videos, client training materials, and support documentation
• Participate in internal co-building sessions and client calls

Experience & Skills

• 1–2+ years working with Notion, ideally in a client or team setting.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects, including workflows, schedules, and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Notion advanced features. In particular: permissions, automations, formulas, and AI features.
• Ability to understand corporate processes and workflows.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a AI-first mindset
• A natural multitasker with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Attention to detail and a natural desire for structured and clean systems
• Basic understanding of UX design principles
• Previous agency experience in a consulting, operations, or digital tools role is a strong plus
• Bonus: Notion Certified Consultant
